The Franklin County Ohio Recorders web site contains over 4,900 instruments in my name and in those of entities I have been an owner in. You will find many more of my transactions in other counties in Ohio like, Fairfield, Delaware, Linking and Union.

With the following link http://recorderweb.co.franklin.oh.us/Rec/logon.asp you can search yourself under owners name OPE and TurnKey entities.

This will take you to a page to enter User ID and Password,

Enter User ID – “Complete” and password –“cpr887” and select the log in button.

Once at the main menu page you select “Simple search”

Enter one of my entity names like OPE, Turnkey or my name. (Fred Klaus)

This will show a compilation of recorded documents related to that searched name.

You may now select a group and see detail information, once at detailed information you can select and view the actual document if you choose.
