I have limited this to 60 properties. They are all in Franklin County Ohio.

You can go to the Auditors site and search by address to see transaction details.

Once at the auditor’s site enter the address, select search and the property details will be displayed.

You can select a number of options from the menu on the left side of the Auditor’s screen including photo and maps.

You can also select “transfer”; this will show you the transfer history.

You will see the involvement of OPE, Turnkey as well as me and my family with each property. The automated records are not very accurate before 1994, so I began the selecting properties in that year.

As y ou can see from the records, I have been doing this for a while. Most of the properties were purchased and resold on a land contract or lease option for a few years and subsequently transferred to the occupants through a refinance by them. In some cases, I resold immediately, in otheres I sold the property to relatives of the seller, in yet others I purchased subject to an existing loan and a few I have kept with friends and family to this day. Many needed no renovation at all, while a few needed some work and…… they all brought back memories of lessons learned!
