I certainly enjoy earning more cash for myself and my family but I also want to begin to reach out to other investors. My hope is that I can find some like minded investors in other areas of the country so that I may begin to find new opportunities outside my local home market. I also wanted to offer a contrast or alternative to many other sites that give you little or no transaction information or practical operating experience. It's as if they expect you to believe in their endorsement of their own skills without any proof or verification.
